Collaborating for Collective Impact

Collaborating for Collective Impact was convened by Social Prosperity Wood Buffalo and co-facilitated by Erika Hornsey, Executive Director of Volunteer Wood Buffalo and Emmanuel Makia, Social Planning Supervisor at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.  The morning session explored the essential elements of collective impact initiatives and offered an opportunity for small multisectoral groups to discuss how collective impact could be implemented in Wood Buffalo.  In the afternoon, the focus shifted to shared measurement, delving deeper into this important component of collective impact.
