Peer Groups
Capacity Canada facilitates a variety of leadership Peer Groups. These groups gives peers the opportunity to connect, share knowledge, and learn from the experience of others on how to deal with issues affecting the sector. Topics will vary based on the needs of the group but could include operations, external relationships, governance, service and programs, the broader environment, and advocacy.
Social Innovators Peer Group
The Social Innovators Network is a learning forum for forward-thinking social leaders wanting to break down sectoral barriers, get inspired, share best practices, and collaborate with other like-minded individuals. This group is by invitation only.
What to Expect:
- an energizing environment that supports new approaches to increase registered charity innovation and leadership
- new opportunities for the broad non-profit charity community to work together
- strengthened linkages with business and education and exploration of shared interests
- a chance to exchange ideas on big-picture issues
