Director of Finance

• Produce financial statements

• Update Board in matters relating to Finance

• Be a signing authority on the COTERC bank accounts

• Prepare CRA’s T3010 forms and report to the CRA in a timely fashion

• Develop ethical financial policies and best practices

• Monitor the Finance email account and respond as needed

• Assist with planning and manning various events on behalf of COTERC, including both education and fundraising

• Be involved in other COTERC-related activities, as needed

• Draft letters of thanks for donations
