These professionals bring decades of experience, knowledge, and a shared passion for meaningful social impact. They’ll play a key role in mentoring nonprofit leaders, strengthening board governance, and supporting organizations as they navigate growth, complexity, and change.
Bob Gallagher is a dedicated and results-driven senior executive with more than 45 years of leadership experience across the health, social service, and charitable sectors. Throughout his career, Bob has led transformative organizational change through strategic planning, executive coaching, governance training, and culture management.
With a Master of Public Administration from Queen’s University and an Honours degree in Physical Education from the University of Ottawa, Bob brings not only academic excellence but a reputation for thoughtful leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and a deep commitment to community impact.
Jim Miller is the Principal of Connect Public Affairs and the Founder and CEO of Your Brain Is Not Full – a thought leadership platform dedicated to fostering continuous learning and curiosity in the workplace.
Jim’s work is rooted in strategic intelligence, public affairs, and policy insight, helping business, nonprofit, and government clients navigate today’s rapidly evolving information landscape.
With over two decades of experience as a strategic advisor to cabinet ministers at both the federal and provincial levels in Canada, Jim brings a nuanced understanding of policy, advocacy, and institutional decision-making.
Dr. Manoj Saxena is an international expert in the biopharmaceutical industry, with over three decades of leadership experience across Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Now a sought-after consultant, Dr. Saxena advises commercial and nonprofit organizations on market access, affordability, and the development of sustainable patient access frameworks. His background includes high-level stakeholder engagement with global regulatory agencies, health technology assessment bodies, and payor organizations.
