Board Governance BootCamp
Capacity Canada’s Board Governance BootCamp presents an exceptional opportunity to enhance the capacity of boards across various organizations. Our program is led by a distinguished faculty, featuring engaging small-group sessions, tailored resources, and practical exercises over an intensive three-day period.
Your sponsorship will help non-profits to elevate their governance skills. Participants will learn innovative strategies and tools that teams can immediately implement.
Creative Day for Social Good
For the CD4SG, Capacity Canada collaborates with Conestoga College students and industry partners to produce exceptional marketing materials for non-profits, with support from Intertek Catalyst and HIM&HER. Each Year CD4SG produces pro-bono work value of $100,000, ensuring 10 organizations’ needs are met, while creating valuable experience for 100 students!

MatchBoard was developed in partnership with Manulife. Since its inception, MatchBoard has matched more than 500 professionals with 700 nonprofit organizations!
ModernBoard, provides comprehensive online training from nonprofit board governance experts. The two-course online training includes multi-media guidance through video lectures, reading materials, and journaling opportunities.
Capacity Canada offers facilitated organizational assessments to help nonprofit leaders understand and prioritize impactful capacity building and organizational strengthening.
Open Hearth is a three-year project that aims to increase the presence of underrepresented women* in leadership and decision-making roles within the nonprofit sector.
