Executive in Residence Fred Galloway was honoured with Capacity Canada’s Board of Directors’ Cornerstone Award at the Annual General Meeting and Generosity Summit on April 24th this year.
Nominated by EIR Scott Williams, Fred was recognized for his longstanding service and the lasting impact he has had on Capacity Canada’s work through his leadership, insight, and guidance.
“Fred’s contributions have strengthened hundreds of organizations and boards across canada,” said Joanna Lohrenz.
“He has also played a central role in shaping Capacity Canada’s own strategic direction, facilitating our strategic planning processes since 2010.”
It is a tribute to Fred’s foresight that Capacity Canada’s mission, vision and values remain as relevant today as they were 16 years ago, said Cathy Brothers, CEO, Capacity Canada.
“Fred has been instrumental in ensuring our governance remains strong and future-focused.”
