Supportive Peer Group

This In-person and online board peer support group is tailored for new or current nonprofit board chairs . Participants will connect with others navigating similar challenges while exploring practical strategies and emerging practices—from building a strong board culture and managing tough conversations to deepening collaboration with the chief executive. Through shared insights and support, you’ll gain the confidence and tools to lead effectively.

In-Person Sessions

Time: 7:30 am – 9:00 am ET

Location: 20 Crestview Place, Kitchener, ON

Virtual Sessions

Time: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm ET

Location:  Zoom

Peer Group topics are based on what our participants want to learn, so each peer group has had a different emphasis depending on the interests of the group and the challenges they are experiencing.
